How It Works
Please follow these instruction carefully before using Spongina:
Step 1.
Take Spongina out of its package. Take a grip on the handle. Avoid touching the sponge.
Step 2.
Place it gently inside you in a slight angle upwards (see the picture).
Step 3.
Keep it inside for approximately 30 seconds. If needed, make a light swirl while keeping the product inside. This is not necessary, just in case you feel excess fluids still remain.
Step 4.
Remove the product slowly and gently while maintaining a grip on the handle. Dispose after usage.
